Centrafuse 4 - Plugins tested and updated

Centrafuse 4.0 is available now and ready for download.
That necessiated my plugins to get tested and updated.

The results:

• LogoDashboard: tested and working
• Vagcom: tested and working
• k8055: tested and working
• Phidgets: tested and working
• Contacts: tested and working
• CarLCD: tested and working (Update required for Navigation support, currently not finished)
